Product Manager

With us you have the opportunity to:
- Govern and manage lending products from a strategical, commercial, regulatory and operational perspective;
- Design lending products, bring them to market and review them over their life cycle to ensure that the interests, objectives and characteristics of customers are taken into account;
- Perform lending product control and management activities, including control of alignment with applicable frameworks and process structures, controls and review of agreements and responsibilities;
- Work alongside other product and project managers, product specialists and IT teams to resolve challenges related to Lending products;
- Help colleagues not familiar with leasing and loans, to understand what is behind them.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in case those are not yet present - good understanding of lending business);
- You have been a leader in business, risk or IT projects, as well as held subject matter expert and advisor roles;
- Ability to maintain a successful communication and cooperation with big variety of stakeholders and counterparties cross-border;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong track record of independently manage problems, define solutions, and know when escalations are necessary.
