Solution Architecht to Contact Center
Do you have a passion for working in a highly change driven environment We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end contact center solutions that enhance customer experience, drive efficiency, and align with our business strategy.

What is needed in this role:
- Lead solution design and architecture for Contact Center platforms with a focus on Genesys Cloud.
- Ensure architecture governance adherence within cctel area.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices in cloud-based contact center architectures, integrations, and security.
- Define architectural standards, guidelines, and reference models for Contact Center solutions.
- Experience in customer journey design and optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
