Business Analyst

- Identify and assess automation opportunities by translating business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Map and optimize business processes, documenting both current (as-is) and future (to-be) states to support automation design.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to co-create, validate, and refine automation solutions that meet operational goals.
- Lead end-to-end automation initiatives, managing scope, timelines, testing, deployment, and post-implementation improvements.
- Promote automation across the organization, educating teams and advocating for adoption of intelligent tools and practices.
- Integrate advanced technologies such as Copilot Studio and Azure Document Intelligence into business workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Manage automation projects, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
What is needed in this role:
- Proven experience in business process analysis, automation design, or intelligent automation (e.g., RPA, AI tools).
- Strong skills in process mapping and optimization using BPMN or similar methodologies.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of automation technologies such as Blue Prism, Copilot Studio, and Azure Document Intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead automation projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and change management skills to promote automation adoption across business units.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
