VDE Architect to Group Intelligent Analytics & Reporting

Be part of VDE management to support VDE roadmaps and governance. The VDE architect is responsible for current architecture, target architecture and solution architecture (with support of Solution Architects) of the IT landscape that the VDE is responsible for, while ensuring alignment with enterprise solutions and compliance to architecture operating model or seeking adjustments based on emergent design decisions working closely with the intersecting Domain / Portfolio Architects.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or engineering, or in related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience within business or IT development.
- Extensive practical experience in business, system analysis or programming.
- Experience in models, methods and tools used within architecture work.

- Build and grow the Data Analytics Product Areas Analytical capabilities within the Group Intelligent Analytics & Reporting as a VDE Architect.
- Design solutions for Group Data Analytical platforms.
- Work closely with various stakeholders in Group AI Accelerator and other Business customers, Architects, Product Manager, Data scientists, Data engineers, Data Stewards.
- Help build, maintain and support data integrations and applications that underpin our operational and analytical needs. The role will help build and evolve standards and patterns towards a data centric bank.
- Be part of Swedbank’s mission to increase its analytical capabilities and diversify its data landscape. We are finding new ways of capitalizing on data, with the goal of better knowing and hence better serving our customers.
- Define Architecture enabling features (both functional and technical) for the solution and motivate their prioritization in the VDE.
- Bring forward solution architecture implementation progress, design decisions and concerns to relevant forums and stakeholders.
