What is needed in this role:

• Proven experience in business analysis within automation, AI, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism) and cognitive services.
• Ability to assess feasibility, complexity, and ROI of automation use cases.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on value creation and delivery excellence.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex initiatives.
