Software Engineer – Integration team SDS

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with your colleagues in agile teams. The department is responsible for the major integration work we have started and which aims to build a future modern savings platform together with our partner FNZ. Responsible for ensuring that infrastructure and integrations maintain the best quality and functionality.
- Proactively work to improve and streamline our processes.
- Discover possible security flaws around our systems and come up with solution proposals together with others in the team.
- Responsible for ensuring that the system documentation for our systems is continuously updated.
What is needed in this role:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT
- Experience equivalent to 2-3 years as a Software Engineer, with strong programming skills with an emphasis on Java and microservices.
- Proven experience working in agile teams and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GIT.
- Fluent in English and conversational in Swedish, both spoken and written, for effective communication with internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong personal drive and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and adaptable, always aiming to improve work methods and processes.
