In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Lead optimization projects to enable superior digital customer experience and conversions.
  • Through data driven hypothesis and online experimentational modelling, continuously improve the digital channels.
  • To use the insights from quantitative and qualitative sources - to drive strategic innovation and site feature improvements.
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring that each test and experiment has clear and measurable goals and targets.
  • Decide and set the hypothesis and request design to be tested, to ensure the continuous improvement of our digital channels. 
  • Ensure each test produce insights regardless if they win or fail.

What is needed in this role:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience working specifically with conversion optimization and digital experimentation
  • Experience and skills of having worked in different A/B-testing tools such as SiteSpect, Optimizely, Adobe Target and/or Split
  • Excellent skills using analytical packages, ideally Adobe Analytics
  • Extensive knowledge in finding conversion insights and improvement opportunities through qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • A strong skill set in prioritize and taking in account the most critical factors to create a high velocity of experiments and optimization designed for maximum impact 
  • Extensive knowledge setting up the digital experiment, securing the collection of data required for the analysis leading to recommended action resulting in conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of hypothesis testing statistics
  • Experience of operational management responsibility throughout the full A/B-testing process
  • Proven ability to influence in enterprise organization environment and be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of colleagues 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
