BCM & Resilience Senior Specialist – Third-Party BCM

Swedbank is looking for a Senior BCM & Resilience Specialist, to join our BCM & Resilience Function, a diverse team of professionals who work together and are part of ensuring Swedbank Group remains a safe, resilient, and trusted financial institution for our customers.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a team of BCM professionals who work with senior management in all lines of business to coordinate BCM & Resilience activities.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Group BCM Framework, tools and methodologies.
- Support the adoption and implementation of the BCM Framework across Swedbank Group, assisting Business Areas, Product Areas, Group Functions (BA/PA/GFs) and subsidiaries in achieving compliance with regulations.
- Establish and maintain BCM requirements for the Group’s critical suppliers.
- Develop and manage processes, guidelines and templates for exit strategies and exit planning.
- Design, deliver, and follow up on training initiatives in designing, testing and implementing plans.
- Coordinate, monitor, and regularly report progress and status of Third Party Risk/ BCM and exit plans compliance to internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact on Third Party Risk/ BCM and Exit Management topics.
- Support team members in ongoing activities, projects and ad hoc inquiries to the BCM & Resilience Function.
What is needed in this role:
- Previous experience in BCM or Resilience, minimum 7-10 years.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent.
- Brings specific expertise in Third-Party Risk/ BCM.
- Experience of developing frameworks, processes and guidelines at Group level.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to BCM and the financial sector (e.g., S-FSA Regulations and General Guidelines, EBA Guidelines, DORA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of BCM Frameworks and international standards (e.g ISO 22301, IS0 27031 etc). Relevant BCM qualifications confirmed by certification would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite (e.g CBCI, MBCI).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report compliance and performance metrics.
- Experience in designing and delivering tailored training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Structured and detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High level of English and Swedish proficiency (both written and spoken)
