• Develop Testing Strategy: Create a new testing approach to ensure all products are high quality and reliable before release;
• Enhance Testing Processes: Review existing testing methods and suggest improvements;
• Lead QA Team: Guide the quality assurance team towards automating testing solutions;
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with development, product management, and maintenance teams to integrate testing smoothly into projects;
• Define Test Plans: Work with your team to create detailed test plans;
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of testing activities;
• Main Contact for Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for cross-team collaboration, representing the QA team in discussions with product, operations, and other stakeholders.

What is needed in this role:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading QA teams on complex projects;
• QA Process Design: Experience in creating modern and scalable QA processes;
• Automated Testing Skills: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools;
• Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development;
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues in development processes, propose and execute effective solutions;
• Mentorship Abilities: Capability to mentor team members in technical skills and professional growth while promoting teamwork and open communication;
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business, economics, or a related field;
• English Proficiency: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
