In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with wide range of stakeholders in all Baltic states;
- Lead initiatives, take accountability and drive sales;
- Take ownership of creating and executing offering projects for all Baltic corporate customers;
- Coordinate knowledge sharing among all related parties;
- Be involved in Baltic and local level projects to support efficiency trough automatization.
What is needed in this role:
- Strong analytical thinking with market awareness and customer focus;
- Proactivity fueled by curiosity toward technology, customer needs and sales;
- Project, process and stakeholder management skills preferably with experience in project management role in finance or technology sector;
- Knowledge about customer lifecycle and product offering;
- Strategic mindset combined with good networking skills;
- University degree;
- Fluent in Estonian and English - both written and spoken;
- Advanced skills in Excel, any other data related tool in an advantage.
