We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead / QA Software Engineer to join our pan-Baltic agile team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality deliveries for complex account services used by thousands of our customers.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Lead our QA efforts by managing testing tasks, planning, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to teammates;
• Ensure and improve quality by executing manual and automated tests, including regression and integration testing;
• Take an active role in test planning and strategy, driving concept of Zero Defects in Quality Management and contributing to QA community practices;
• Explore and introduce new tools, techniques, and solutions to improve testing efficiency and product quality.

What is needed in this role:

• A university degree in IT or equivalent experience;
  
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance;
  
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, software development processes and testing frameworks;
  
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks (a strong plus);
  
• Previous leadership, project management or team coordination experience;
  
• A collaborative, open-minded team player who can also take initiative;
  
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) ways of working;
  
• Fluent English and at least one Baltic language.
