QA Test Lead / QA Software Engineer
Are you passionate about quality assurance, user experience, and continuous improvement?
We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead / QA Software Engineer to join our pan-Baltic agile team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality deliveries for complex account services used by thousands of our customers.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead our QA efforts by managing testing tasks, planning, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to teammates;
- Ensure and improve quality by executing manual and automated tests, including regression and integration testing;
- Take an active role in test planning and strategy, driving concept of Zero Defects in Quality Management and contributing to QA community practices;
- Explore and introduce new tools, techniques, and solutions to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
What is needed in this role:
- A university degree in IT or equivalent experience;
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance;
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, software development processes and testing frameworks;
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks (a strong plus);
- Previous leadership, project management or team coordination experience;
- A collaborative, open-minded team player who can also take initiative;
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) ways of working;
- Fluent English and at least one Baltic language.
