Chief Competence Lead- Regulatory Reporting Data & Tech

We are now looking for a Chief Competence lead to join our Regulatory Data & Tech area. Regulatory reporting in Group Finance is embarking on an exciting journey developing new tools and new ways of working yet maintaining the current ways of working and ensuring a safe transition towards more unified processes and technologies.

What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of Science in Engineering
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a Chief Competence Lead or similar senior role.
- Solid understanding of the financial industry (minimum 3 years of experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish.
- Interest in staying updated with trends and techniques supporting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sincere interest in new techniques supporting efficiency and effectiveness
- Commitment to fostering team members' well-being and promoting sustainable performance.
- Ability to achieve results through others.
