What is needed in this role:
- Proven experience in leadership roles such as a Chief Competence Lead or a Chief Product Officer
- At least 3 years of experience from the Banking industry
- Knowledge about the regulatory reporting area and what is needed to get successful IT processes in this area of expertise
- Sincere interest in new techniques supporting efficiency and effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish
- Understanding how to achieve results through others and take accountability for your team members’ and the team’s performance
- Ability to assess and improve performance
- Good communication and collaboration with others
- Contribute to the team members’ well-being and sustainable performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of Science in Engineering
