Strategic Projects Manager in Business Continuity Area

- Lead bank’s efforts in ensuring operational resilience.
- Ensure development, implementation and management of business continuity solutions.
- Work actively with Lithuanian Central bank and other institutions to implement regulatory requirements and resilience measures.
- Work closely with other related units (including cross border) to integrate resilience into entire organisation.
- Create, maintain, provide input to business continuity plans.
- Involve into incident response teams and lessons learned.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build a strong culture of preparedness.
- Prepare and present reports to management.
What is needed in this role:
- Experience in business continuity area.
- Understanding of business continuity risks and their management.
- Wide mindset and proactive approach, orientation into result and achievements.
- Ability to lead and coordinate business continuity related activities, influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory framework.
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to see big picture and adapt to continues changes
