About the Role
As the Office Manager, you are the heart of ROCKIT’s daily life. This space is home for startups and us - and it should feel like one. You’ll make sure it’s organised, running smoothly, is welcoming and full of good energy. From helping members, greeting new faces and solving everyday challenges, to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, handling contracts and memberships - you’ll be the person who makes everyone feel like they belong here.
What You Will Do:
Office & Operations
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything functions efficiently and professionally.
- Manage membership contracts, documentation and administrative records.
- Keep meeting rooms, office systems and supplies running smoothly.
- Work with accounting on invoices, payments and expenses.
- Take care of facilities, equipment, repairs and office safety.
Community & Hospitality
- Be the first friendly face that team members, guests and partners meet.
- Welcome new members and introduce them to ROCKIT’s space and culture.
- Build warm, respectful relationships and solve day-to-day issues with care.
- Give tours and represent ROCKIT to visitors in both Lithuanian and English.
- Help bring community events to life.
Administration & Support
- Coordinate suppliers, purchases and service providers.
- Work closely with the accounting team on payments, invoices and financial documentation.
- Monitor and keep track of office-related budgets and expenses.
- Track membership payments, prepare cost reports and ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage front desk duties and general email inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in administration, office management or operations.
- Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English.
- Warm, empathetic and service-minded personality - you enjoy helping people.
- Organised, reliable, detail-oriented and proactive.
