Reporting Analyst in Capital Adequacy Area

- Play an active role in enhancing regulatory reporting by ensuring compliance with the latest regulations (CRR3 and CRDVI) and supporting a strong capital adequacy framework.
- Apply advanced analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and deliver accurate, timely capital adequacy reports for Swedbank Group.
- Work closely with skilled professionals to continuously improve reporting processes and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Turn data into insights by quantifying and presenting changes in capital adequacy to key stakeholders.
What is needed in this role:
- A relevant higher education in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting or audit, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with SAS/SQL is a plus.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent command of English.
