Junior Specialist in Digital Channels
Temporary contract from 6 months to 1 year.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Monitor and analyze Swedbank Digital Channels data;
- Perform user acceptance testing and other quality assurance tasks for Swedbank Internet Bank;
- Support experienced team members in project related tasks;
- Research factors affecting customer experience and behavior;
- Attend traineeship from 6 months to 1 year, full-time.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently pursuing one;
- Understanding basic concepts of statistics;
- Good analytical and logical thinking with creative attitude;
- Ability to analyse marketing data to make conclusions on them;
- Knowledge about MS Office, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics;
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently;
- Proficiency in English and Estonian.
