Business process manager

What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or 6 years of experience in a similar role
- 3 years of working experience within business development, marketing automation, process- or quality management.
- Proven self-leadership skills and strong ability to grasp new concepts, dive into details and effectively produce results and high-quality deliverables.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excell are expected.
- Experience working according to agile methodology and in cross functional teams. Certified in ITIL, Safe is an advantage
- Strong logical skills and ability to process complex information and draw accurate conclusions from it.
- Experience from Banking is an advantage.
- Knowledge about Pega Marketing, Adobe Analytics and Qlik is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English
