Business Analyst at Swedbank – Identity and Access Management
Swedbank’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) team invites you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of security and compliance throughout our organisation.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Play an important role in providing requirements and analysis essential for developing, maintaining, and expanding our Identity and Access Management infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud. Your expertise will support Swedbank's efforts to integrate cutting-edge security technologies within agile frameworks. Your contributions will be instrumental as we transition towards cloud-based solutions vital for protecting sensitive financial data.
- Drive the advancement of digital identity and access management by developing secure, scalable solutions. These solutions safeguard our customers, employees, and business partners across a dynamic hybrid IT environment.
- Collaborate closely with Agile Product Owners to analyse investment opportunities and clarify backlog items with key stakeholders.
- Work with IAM initiatives, gathering requirements and other input for automating onboarding, lifecycle management, privileged access, and compliance projects.
- Optimise security processes by leveraging DevSecOps methodologies and contributing to Swedbank’s cloud transformation journey by implementing secure solutions in alignment with established architectural targets
- Ensure regulatory compliance with standards such as GDPR, DORA, SOC2, and PCI-DSS, while maintaining all required documentation.
What is needed in this role:
- Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process modelling, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition.
- Experience in identity and access management (IAM), with knowledge of related principles, standards, and technologies, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with IAM tools like Sailpoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, or Microsoft EntraID will be considered as an advantage.
- Practical skills with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint are highly valued.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement, and ability to simplify complex access structures and process flows for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working and general security best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a comparable professional background.
- Certifications in IAM tools (CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra).
- Certifications in Business Analysis and/or IT Service Management.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS, DORA), security controls, change control governance.
