• Be key counterparty to other country based units related with product development and distribution
• Localize, interpret Terms and Conditions and local country business units
• Lead country based product development tasks and smaller projects
• Contribute, participate, localize, test various PanBaltic development projects
• Contribute for local process descriptions, various product external and internal documentation
• Give input to IT development units on developments of IT systems, IT and business processes and user interfaces
• Participate in testing activities for various IT developments
• Take part of claims decision making

What is needed in this role:

•  A strong understanding of insurance industry and products
• Knowledge about the regional and global trends of insurance
• Strong execution and communication skills and fluent English, both spoken and written, for communication with Baltic colleagues
• Proactive mentality, like to work with people
• University degree and at least 3 year insurance or banking experience
