• Develop and maintain AML management reporting across the Baltic

• Assist KYC and Compliance in interpreting AML data

• Collaborate with experts to design new solutions and enhance existing processes for data collection, loading and aggregation

• Support in launching and implementing Group-level AML reporting

What is needed in this role:

• University degree in Finance, Mathematics, or IT

• 4+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst (AML/KYC experience preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills for cooperation with Baltic colleagues

• Strong MS Excel skills

• SQL knowledge; experience with analytical tools (e.g., SPSS Modeler) is a plus

• Experience with Qlik Sense reporting is an advantage

• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
