Process Owner for Oversight in Order and Asset Services

- Be a part of a prioritized area of Swedbank in one of the largest transformations ever done within Swedbank
- To develop, identify, analyse and improve existing business processes.
- To be the Process owner for the end-to-end process including the interaction with supporting and supported processes.
- To lead the Oversight team and be responsible for the day-to-day activities.
- Use your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to define and explain current and future needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in different business areas to ensure that our deliveries are received in the best possible way
- Work together with some fantastic knowledgeable colleagues and learn new things every day
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of Asset Servicing experience at an investment bank, fund administrator, and/or investment manager
- Strong knowledge of equity products, mutual funds and equity derivative products
- Business knowledge and interest in the Savings Area, meritorious with experience within reporting.
- Excellent planning, prioritizing skills, and high delivery capability.
- Take own initiatives without the need of a detailed instructions.
- Strong track record of independently manage problems, define solutions, and know when escalations are necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
