• Be a part of a prioritized area of Swedbank in one of the largest transformations      ever done within Swedbank
• To develop, identify, analyse and improve existing business processes.
• To be the Process owner for the end-to-end process including the interaction with   supporting and supported processes.
• To lead the Oversight team and be responsible for the day-to-day activities.
• Use your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to define and explain          current and future needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in different business areas to ensure that our          deliveries are received in the best possible way
• Work together with some fantastic knowledgeable colleagues and learn new       things every day

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of Asset Servicing experience at an investment bank, fund administrator, and/or investment manager
• Strong knowledge of equity products, mutual funds and equity derivative products
• Business knowledge and interest in the Savings Area, meritorious with experience within reporting.
• Excellent planning, prioritizing skills, and high delivery capability.
• Take own initiatives without the need of a detailed instructions.
• Strong track record of independently manage problems, define solutions, and know when escalations are necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
