We are now looking for a Communication Manager to join Corporate Communications Projects & Group Events – a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and hands-on communication and who wants to help develop some of the bank’s most important communication deliveries.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Lead the planning, production and execution of the bank’s quarterly reporting – from messaging, scripts and materials to internal anchoring and publication.

• Support the development and delivery of the annual report, ensuring high quality in tone of voice, structure and messaging.

• Contribute to clear, simple and value-creating communication that strengthens trust in Swedbank among investors, analysts, employees and media.

• Collaborate closely with the CFO area, IR, Group Finance, Group Communications and multiple business areas.

• Support engagement and trust through strategic advice, professional communication and structured ways of working.

• Work in a team known for quality, collaboration and professionalism – with an important role in strengthening Swedbank’s brand and position.
  

What is needed in this role:

• A relevant academic degree, preferably within communications, finance, business, political science or similar.

• Solid experience in leading complex communication projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• A very strong ability to write, structure and deliver messaging within financial and business-related communication.

• A good understanding of financial organisations, governance and operating model.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working both internally and externally, and across borders.

• The ability to combine strategic perspective with operational execution – shifting easily between detail and helicopter view.

• Experience in planning and prioritizing under pressure while maintaining high quality.

• A solution-oriented, structured and efficient working style.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
