Regulatory Compliance Risk Officer

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Identify, assess and report on the regulatory compliance risks across risk types in the Group risk taxonomy.
- Be an important part of and contribute to central processes related to regulatory compliance in Swedbank, including:
- Regulatory screening, including development of the Regulatory Inventory encompassing the universe of external regulatory requirements and assigned ownership of the implementation of such requirements in the bank.
- Regulatory interactions, ensuring an aligned, effective and professional approach to the interactions with regulators.
- Develop and maintain an active dialogue and exchange with relevant stakeholders across the Group around regulatory compliance risks.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, legal or mathematics).
- Experience (preferably 5+ years) from non-financial risk or regulatory compliance risk.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability related to the development of identification, assessment and reporting of non-financial risks or compliance risks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder management, including communication (written and verbal), presentation and collaboration skills.
- Solution oriented, with aptitude and talent for identifying improvement areas and together with other team members or stakeholders actively driving and securing development.
- Drive and passion to contribute to effective delivery of value-added outcomes, which enable the Group to take on a forward-looking and proactive approach to compliance and risk management.
