Head of Operational Risk Department

We are looking for a leader who:
Has a deep and wide understanding of banking business.
Possesses a strategic and change-oriented mindset with excellent networking, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills.
Is result-driven and has substantial experience in risk management. Track record in operational risks management and/or business continuity areas would be considered as an advantage.
Can lead a unit with deep knowledge in general risk matters as well as specific risk challenges.
Has knowledge of related external regulations.
Has a proven track record in leadership experiences.
Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
What will be your daily work in this role:
Lead the Operational Risk Department by organizing daily operations.
Strive for high quality in risk control processes.
Secure business continuity and low operational risk exposure.
Interact with supervisory authorities within areas of responsibility.
Analyze operational risk threats and tendencies.
Monitor compliance with local laws, guidelines, and recommendations to align the bank's operational risk management framework.
Foster sound risk culture and awareness within the organization.
Coordinate cross-country activities to ensure aligned processes, methodologies, and practices implementing Group frameworks in risk control.

In this position you will be part of Risk Management team and have a direct reporting line to Chief Risk Officer (CRO) who is a member of Management Board and is responsible for the Risk Management.
