Product Manager (E-Commerce Gateway)

In Paywerk you have the opportunity to:
Own the vision, roadmap as well as processes for E-Commerce Gateway in the Baltics, ensuring it delivers a seamless, secure, and scalable payment experience.
Work closely with partners, engineering and support team to design and deliver payment features and integrations.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for new initiatives.
Analyse data, merchant feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and new capabilities.
Support commercial teams with product insights and strategic guidance.
Coordinate product launches end-to-end, ensuring readiness across all functions.
What is needed in this role:
5+ years experience in product management within payments, fintech, e-commerce platforms, or other financial systems.
Strong understanding of payment gateways and payment methods
Technical fluency in APIs, integration patterns, and modern architectures, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, internal and external partners, support, merchant-facing organisation).
Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
Relevant education such as a degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Estonian is a bonus.
