Software Engineer in Process Automation Platforms team

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Design, configure, and maintain Power Platform environments, connectors, and integrations with internal systems, while expanding your skills in enterprise automation architecture.
Set up and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and secure network connections such as on-premises data gateways, gaining practical experience in securing automation environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate solution deployment and testing processes, developing your expertise in DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with regulatory and organizational requirements, deepening your understanding of governance in digital ecosystems.
Support the deployment and configuration of Azure resources, including Cognitive Services, Storage Accounts, and Virtual Networks, while strengthening your knowledge of scalable cloud infrastructure.
Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure for Power Platform and Azure integrations, while mentoring others and helping shape automation standards across the organization.
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Proven experience in software or infrastructure engineering, particularly with Microsoft technologies.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform including integration with external data sources and services.
Deep understanding of Azure services, including Cognitive Services, Networking (VNets, NSGs), and Storage solutions.
Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to support automated deployments.
Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure are a strong plus
