Business Analyst in Process Automation Platforms team

Lead risk, security, and compliance assessments for Power Platform and Azure-based solutions, allowing you to deepen your expertise in cloud governance and enterprise technologies.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops, building your confidence as a facilitator while empowering others to use Power Platform tools effectively.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solution approaches, enhancing your ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
Track the progress of approvals, remediation activities, and alignment with internal policies, strengthening your understanding of compliance and operational excellence.
Support alignment across infrastructure, security, legal, and business domains, gaining a broader perspective on cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring follow-ups and delivery of key outcomes, while growing your leadership presence and ability to drive results in complex environments.
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
Confidence in leading meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Adaptability and comfort in navigating complex regulatory and compliance environments.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within a technology-driven or regulated industry.
Proficiency in process mapping, documentation tools, and business case development.
Understanding of cloud technologies, with Azure knowledge considered an advantage.
