Head of Leasing Vendor Management Sub-Department

Swedbank Baltics is seeking an inspiring leader for the role of Head of Leasing Vendor Management Sub-Department. You will own and develop the leasing vendor channel across the region, lead high-performing team, and drive strategic impact through strong partnerships and continuous improvement—creating value for customers, business lines, and Swedbank as a whole.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Oversee and develop the leasing vendor channel across Swedbank Baltics, ensuring effective administration and continuous improvement;
Take full responsibility for vendor channel activities and coordination throughout the Baltic region;
Lead, inspire, and support direct subordinates to achieve established goals and deliver high performance;
Ensure the Sub-Department provides the necessary services to all segments and business lines within Swedbank Baltics;
Define the vision and strategy for the vendor channel and drive successful execution;
Actively listen to stakeholders, understand their needs, and foster strong, collaborative relationships.
What is needed in this role:
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience working with leasing products and understanding of the leasing business;
Previous leadership experience with demonstrated ability to guide and develop a team;
Strategic mindset paired with strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive alignment;
Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities — you listen, understand stakeholder needs, and build meaningful connections;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Solid project management skills to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives;
Experience in strategic leadership, including managing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration within a matrix organization.
