Business Developer to Payments & Accounts SE

Be responsible for pre-studies and business need analysis.
Participate and contribute to different projects and analysis that will affect Payment’s development roadmap and prioritization.
Support our sales distribution with product- and channel development activities.
Create business cases and monitor value realization.
Make decision and prioritization materials to senior management.
Identify business and legal requirements together with different stakeholders that affect Payment & Account area.
What is needed in this role:
Payments and/or account area experience is a requirement and preferably from Cash Management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience from Project management and/or Product development.
Minimum 5 years’ experience from working as a management consultant or similar type of role.
Proven strong leadership and communicational skills.
Ability to make presentations and facilitate workshops.
Analytical – An eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex situations/dependencies and translate to actions. You can use Excel as supporting tool for calculations and information gathering.
Academic degree in either engineering and/or business administration.
Customer oriented - You understand the customer perspective and know changes to customer behaviour.
A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities.
A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues.
Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
