• Be responsible for pre-studies and business need analysis.

• Participate and contribute to different projects and analysis that will affect Payment’s development roadmap and prioritization.

• Support our sales distribution with product- and channel development activities.

• Create business cases and monitor value realization.

• Make decision and prioritization materials to senior management.

• Identify business and legal requirements together with different stakeholders that affect Payment & Account area.

  
  

What is needed in this role:

• Payments and/or account area experience is a requirement and preferably from Cash Management.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience from Project management and/or Product development.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience from working as a management consultant or similar type of role.

• Proven strong leadership and communicational skills.

• Ability to make presentations and facilitate workshops.

• Analytical – An eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex situations/dependencies and translate to actions. You can use Excel as supporting tool for calculations and information gathering.

• Academic degree in either engineering and/or business administration.

• Customer oriented - You understand the customer perspective and know changes to customer behaviour.

• A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities.

• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues.

• Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
