In Swedbank you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and organize the daily operations of the Credit Analysis Sub-departament, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of team goals;
Develop and inspire a team of credit analysts, fostering growth and collaboration;
Ensure robust credit risk analysis processes that support sound decision-making;
Participate in credit decision making;
Collaborate across Baltic Banking and other units, driving improvements and proposing enhancements to processes and credit risk frameworks;
Represent the unit in meetings, trainings, and initiatives that strengthen credit risk competencies across the bank.
What is needed in this role:
A university degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
5+ years in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of credit risk processes;
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team;
Strategic thinking combined with excellent collaboration and negotiation skills;
Strong analytical abilities and resilience under pressure;
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
