In Swedbank you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and organize the daily operations of the Credit Analysis Sub-departament, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of team goals;

• Develop and inspire a team of credit analysts, fostering growth and collaboration;

• Ensure robust credit risk analysis processes that support sound decision-making;

• Participate in credit decision making;

• Collaborate across Baltic Banking and other units, driving improvements and proposing enhancements to processes and credit risk frameworks;

• Represent the unit in meetings, trainings, and initiatives that strengthen credit risk competencies across the bank.

What is needed in this role:

• A university degree in finance, economics, or a related field;

• 5+ years in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of credit risk processes;

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team;

• Strategic thinking combined with excellent collaboration and negotiation skills;

• Strong analytical abilities and resilience under pressure;

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
