Regulatory Trade Reporting – Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be part of driving regulatory compliance within the Regulatory Transaction Reporting, for the entire Swedbank group.
Deliver real change to Corporates and Institutions within the MIFIR TRS II, EMIR & SFTR regulations.
Work with daily reporting and monitoring of transactions related to the regulations.
Drive and identify regulatory development activities by interpreting the regulations and then communicating the requirements to Swedbank's agile value streams.
Helping to critically assess the operational work processes for regulatory reporting in close collaboration with the team.
Preparing communication to internal and external stakeholders about compliance status.
Helping other members of the team achieve both development functions and operational goals.
What is needed in this role:
Have a genuine interest in the framework for transaction reporting.
Regulatory knowledge in regulations on a granular (field) level and the relation between them. As well as in dept knowledge “around the regulations” i.e. errors and omissions, event types… Ability to find, read and understand regulatory text.
Analyse all regulatory gap individually, everything from daily rejects to more complex “valid but wrongs” and hand them over to development organisation.
Ability to monitor the reporting and handle set controls including analyses of discrepancies in the reporting.
Knowledge of trading and capital market products.
Ability to produce statistical material and written analysis which is communicated to internal and external stakeholders i.e. Governance Fora and Financial Supervisory Authorities
Lead and represent regulatory trade reporting in bigger projects, initiatives and system changes.
Drive change and improvements – act as a team player and constantly improve the way of working within the team and in cooperation cross functional.
Communicate, meet and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Have good communication skills and be fluent in English both in speech and writing.
Maintain and act according to internal routines and work instructions.
Ability to use relevant systems and tools i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
