What is needed in this role:

• Experience working with RACF and z/OS security administration.

• Strong understanding of mainframe architecture, security principles, and compliance requirements.

• Solid experience with security products in z/OS environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Ability to analyze logs, audit outcomes, and findings from pentests, transforming them into actionable improvements.

• Familiarity with mainframe security models and security industry standards such as NIST, DISA STIG, PCI DSS, CVSS.

• Experience with certificate management in RACF and external systems.

• Experience working with environments under strict ITSM processes.

• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to support other teams during complex installations or upgrades.

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
