Events Manager

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Lead the strategy and delivery of internal corporate events, including leadership forums & strategic sessions;
Own end-to-end event execution, covering concept, logistics & suppliers;
Manage event budgets, timelines, and quality standards;
Design and deliver external client and partner events that strengthen the bank’s reputation and support business objectives;
Integrate sponsorships and partnerships into events in line with the bank’s strategic priorities and brand positioning;
Use data and feedback to measure performance, generate insights, and continuously improve event effectiveness;
Track market trends and introduce innovative, value-adding event formats suited to executive and client audiences;
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers, leading negotiations to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery.
What is needed in this role:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Events Management/Communication or relevant areas;
Experience within the starts-up / business / innovation sectors is an added advantage;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages;
Self-motivation to work individually and as a part of the team;
Social and open personality with positive attitude.
