• Strong communication, collaboration and organisation skills, as well as business-oriented thinking;

• Experience to lead projects as a project manager;

• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders;

• Very good Latvian and English language skills, both written and spoken. (English is needed to be able to communicate with colleagues and cooperation partners in Baltics and Sweden.)
