• Support Baltic Banking Customer Value Communication area using advanced analytics to deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis;

• Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered analysis to make improvements over time;

• Learn more about customer communication and automated offers – data, processes and area specifics;

• Contribute to automated offers area related data developments for analytical and reporting purposes;

• Present the results, draw conclusions and proactively provide suggestions for business for further actions on the findings;

• Develop Your analytical and technical skills to convert large data into business insights;

• Participate in several joint projects within the organization.

What is needed in this role:

• Experience in large-scale data processing and analysis, including creating interactive dashboards from the scratch;

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply logical reasoning to interpret data;

• Skilled in data visualization and storytelling;

• Experience with SPSS Modeler and SQL knowledge;

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools;

• Experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense is an advantage;

• Fluent English, with strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills;

• High level of responsibility and accuracy in decisions and work outcomes;

• Curiosity to understand the data, it’s usage and origins;

• Proactive, solution oriented and problem-solving attitude;

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics or compelling alternative background.
