• In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the bank’s mainframe hardware landscape, ensuring that Swedbank continues to operate a world class, secure, and resilient infrastructure.

• You will work closely with datacentre operations, change management, and technical experts across the organization.

What is needed in this role:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience

• We believe that you are structured, proactive, and thrive in environments where reliability and precision are critical. You enjoy working hands on with hardware while also contributing to long term infrastructure planning. You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

• You may already have experience with mainframe environments, SAN technologies, or disaster recovery solutions — or you are eager to build deep expertise in these areas.

• Proactive mindset: enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing problems, and finding solutions.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
