What is needed in this role:
• A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in IT or IT management.
• Solid experience in Swedbank processes.
• An understanding of Agile practices.
• Experience of Agile development.
• Knowledge in Scrum framework, Kanban method and Lean thinking.
