• Take active part in discussions with corporate client team in analyzing investment projects and structuring the financing;

• Analyze corporate clients, their business perspectives and assess potential risks;

• Produce the independent assessments on credit proposals for corporate clients;

• Approve the credit ratings;

• Develop your knowledge and expertise in the various industries;

• Support Head of the department and senior colleagues in various tasks.

What is needed in this role:

• A bachelor or a master’s degree in a relevant area.

• >2 years experience in financial analysis or credit risk management;

• Basic understanding of banking activity;

• Good computing skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);

• Good communication and personal skills;

• Ambition and motivation to develop yourself;

• Basic understanding of corporate business;

• An interest in an area, designated to you, and motivation in personal development;

• Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
