UX Team Lead

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Define and own the UX vision aligned with the bank’s digital distribution and business strategy.
Translate business goals (sales, service efficiency, NPS, digital adoption) into experience principles and guidelines.
Define UX quality standards and review mechanisms. Measure impact of design initiatives on funnel performance, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure consistent experience across Internet Bank, Mobile App, and other digital touchpoints.
Advocate for customer-centric decision-making at leadership level.
Ensure compliance with accessibility, regulatory, and other requirements.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary UX team.
Set clear performance goals and development plans.
Build strong design culture based on data, experimentation, and measurable impact. Manage resource allocation across digital initiatives.
Ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical architecture. Participate in product discovery and prioritization.
Support agile teams with clear design direction and validation criteria.
What is needed in this role:
Technical & Legal:
Strong background in product design and interaction design, knowledge of UX research methodologies as well as design systems governance.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Interaction Design or a related field, or relevant experience that can substitute for formal education.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Soft skills:
Strong storytelling, presentation, and argumentation skills.
Mix of strategic and detail thinking. Ability to see a big picture, identify the long-term impacts, and dive into specifics.
Mix of analytical and creative thinking: Proficiency in analysing new complex situations, identifying resolution patterns. Ability to combine analytical rigor with creative approaches to problem-solving.
Readiness to work with complex processes.
Fluent English.
