We are looking for a Financial Analyst who:

• Has a passion for numbers and strong analytical skills - able to explore complex data sets, uncover patterns, and turn findings into clear, actionable insights through compelling storytelling and effective data visualization.

• Demonstrates good data mining abilities, using various tools and techniques to extract, structure, and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.

• Has a solid understanding of banking finance principles, including financial statements, key performance indicators, forecasting, and value drivers - enabling effective analysis and support for business decision-making.

• Is curious and growth-minded, eager to experiment, explore new tools or methodologies, and learn from both successes and setbacks.

• Is a true team player who integrates seamlessly into diverse, cross-functional teams - collaborating openly, contributing proactively, and building strong working relationships - while also showing the confidence to make independent decisions when needed, always with a strong focus on delivering value to the client.
