• Work with and improve valuation policies, methodologies and procedures

• Create and maintain documentation pertaining to valuation governance

• Validate that all new financial market transactions are priced correctly, as well as verify their PnL

• Ensure the proper processing of market data

What is needed in this role:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, IT or similar subject

• 3-4 years of relevant experience or strong willingness to learn

• Advanced knowledge of Excel or of a programming language

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage stakeholders and learn on the spot

• Proficiency in English, spoken and written, for cooperation with Group and Baltic colleagues

• Effective presentation and communication skills, ability to simplify complex ideas

• Understanding of financial instruments, financial models and valuation methodologies is beneficial
