Web and Content Management Lead

In this team you have the opportunity to:
Lead a team of software engineers and content managers to support the maintenance and development of digital channels.
Evaluate emerging digital channel management practices and provide thought leadership on how to adopt them into customer-facing digital service processes.
Coordinate and implement digital content management activities within Digital Channels in Baltic Banking in close collaboration with other teams.
Organize and prioritize the work of web content managers to ensure agile and timely delivery of digital content across all digital channels.
What is needed in this role:
University BS/MS degree in Computer Science or in a related field.
Experience in managing digital teams’ purpose to improve digital customers’ journeys.
Interest in latest trends and best practices in online commerce, digital content management.
Interest in leading people and previous leadership experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Knowledge of website analytics tools and content management systems is an advantage.
A strong power of initiative and a capability to deliver with high quality.
Comfortable working in a growing and developing environment over the Baltics.
Fluent English and good communication skills, both written and oral.
