Junior Specialist in Corporate Customer Base Analysis

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Conduct a comprehensive report audit: Evaluate our entire regular reporting portfolio to determine its actual usage, business value, and potential for automation
Document and categorize reports: Update the team WIKI to ensure all regular reports are properly logged, organized by topic, and assigned a clear business-side owner
Interview report users: Speak directly with analysts and business teams to assess if reports are still necessary and what improvements are needed
Investigate report structures: Document data sources, define key elements, and track automation potential across our systems
Measure process efficiency: Calculate the actual time and resources spent running and maintaining reports to help us identify bottlenecks
Deliver a practical clean-up plan: Propose which unused reports to permanently delete and outline realistic steps to automate the rest
What is needed in this role:
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data processes, reporting structures, and automation potential
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to lead discussions and document business requirements clearly
Strong self-organization skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks independently
Proficiency in basic data organization and calculation tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Fluency in English
Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn about the corporate banking domain
