Area Manager in Corporate Payments, Cards and Cash Solutions Department

This role offers the opportunity to lead key business initiatives and support strategic priorities for Baltic Cash Management.
Your responsibilities:
Develop Swedbank Payments and Cards products for corporate customers, ensuring innovative and customer-centric solutions;
Initiate and lead projects across the area’s product and service portfolio;
Coordinate business development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and process efficiency through effective alignment and follow-up;
Represent business needs and requirements in negotiations with product owners and IT development teams;
Monitor payments and cards industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation;
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive growth, profitability, and scalable solutions.
What is needed in this role:
Strong project management and leadership skills;
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and deliver results in fast-paced environments;
Strong negotiation, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence at management levels;
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and challenges in financial/banking services;
Critical thinking and evaluation skills;
University degree (min Batchelor's degree) in the fields of economics, banking or financials, accomplished Project management courses;
Work Experience: 5+ years of product/project management experience preferable in daily banking services;
Digital literacy, ability to use MS Office software on a good level;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
