We are looking for an Junior Specialist - Software Engineer. We are growing our payment solutions for online commerce merchants and looking for a colleague to help us build reliable, secure, and user-friendly services. You will grow within Software Engineer role by analyzing, developing and testing account-to-account payments, refunds, authentication solutions as well as providing support to merchants. All that without compromising stability or quality.

This is a complex and dynamic domain, so you’ll encounter new challenges almost daily, supported by experienced colleagues who value openness, professionalism, and collaboration.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable core banking services using Java.

What is needed in this role:

• Fluent English and comfort working in an international environment. Lithuanian basics is a must.

• Agile mindset, proactiveness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Some experience with Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and maybe messaging systems Kafka, RabbitMQ.

• Theoretical knowledge of Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.

• Interest in exploring AI-driven solutions to improve development and automation.

• You are most likely studying Computer Science, Engineering or similar area.
