Business Analyst
Interested in capital analysis? In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s compliance with regulatory capital requirements and in enhancing the efficiency of capital allocation. You will provide high-quality analytical support to Baltic Banking management and contribute to informed, strategic decision-making within the Business Area. In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Develop, test and analyse Capital Adequacy requirements and data
Work alongside other professional capital experts
Create high quality analysis and models for Baltic Banking management
Write business requirements and do business acceptance testing for risk exposure amount (REA) development
Reconcile monthly REA results
Support with implementing new local processes
Collaborate with other team members and learn new things
What is needed in this role:
A relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent
Relevant work experience 0-2 years
Experience in capital regulations such as Basel IV and CRRIII and capital adequacy in general is considered a merit
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactiveness, ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and computer skills, especially within SQL
