In Swedbank you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and drive the performance of the Manufacturing & Commerce Clients Sub-department, ensuring delivery of ambitious lending portfolio growth and revenue targets;
Own the client portfolio strategy, increasing market share and penetration of the Bank’s products and services;
Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team focused on sales excellence, relationship and client value creation;
Expand and strengthen relationships (personally and via team) with corporate clients while actively developing new business opportunities;
Collaborate across the organization and with external partners to unlock new opportunities and maximize client impact.
What is needed in this role:
A university degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
Strong knowledge of banking products and services for corporate clients, with solid understanding of business finance, lending, and risk assessment;
Proven leadership experience and ability to build high-performing teams;
Strategic thinking combined with excellent collaboration and negotiation skills;
A can-do attitude and professional resilience necessary in delivering client success;
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
