We are looking for a Head of Strategic Deliveries and Partnerships Department to own and drive delivery of strategic, cross-Baltic initiatives that enable corporate banking services through data, infrastructure, and servicing models, ensuring alignment between business strategy, regulatory requirements, and technical execution.

Takes full ownership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives and drives them from idea to implementation;

Understands the role of data and infrastructure as enablers of corporate banking services;
Is confident navigating regulated environments, balancing business needs with compliance requirements;

Brings structure and clarity to complex environments, establishing clear ownership and ways of working;
Has a strong interest in improving customer servicing experience, models, and operational efficiency.
What will be your daily work in this role:
Lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Baltics, supporting the development of corporate banking services;
Act as the end‑to‑end owner of initiatives, coordinating efforts across business, IT, compliance, and external partners;
Support the team in structuring and driving forward complex topics related to data, onboarding, and servicing models;
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, where the team takes responsibility for outcomes;
Lead, coach, and develop a team, building strong capabilities, ownership, and clear ways of working.
What is needed in this role:
Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams, unlocking both individual and collective potential, supported by 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience;
Leadership mindset characterized by ownership, accountability, and high‑performance standards, with the ability to bring clarity in ambiguity and maintain focus on outcomes;
Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives or transformation programs in corporate banking or similarly regulated environments, with exposure to senior stakeholders and governance structures;
Strong ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable plans, combined with excellent execution and delivery management across multiple streams;
Solid conceptual understanding of data, systems, and integrations, and the ability to balance regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, GDPR) with business needs;
Advanced stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to drive alignment and decision‑making across diverse functions and seniority levels;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics in a clear, structured, and decision‑oriented way;
Academic degree in business, management, or a related field.
