Marketing Area Manager

You will be responsible for two areas – a product marketing team and a technical marketing team – combining business understanding, customer insights, data and execution to drive real impact.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy and its execution within financing area;
Drive sales growth across customer financing products;
Shape and continuously improve customer journeys across mobile app, internet bank, and other touchpoints;
Plan and oversee data-driven campaigns and digital funnels that deliver measurable business results;
Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with clear business goals and KPIs;
Lead and develop a product marketing team, setting clear priorities and direction;
Lead a technical marketing team responsible for implementing and scaling marketing solutions across digital channels;
Collaborate closely with product, analytics, digital growth and offering teams.
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one;
Marketing experience: 4+ years in marketing, CRM or performance marketing, with a strong understanding of customer journeys, acquisition and conversion funnels;
Strong digital background: you understand how digital channels, data and tools work together to drive results;
Ownership mindset: you take responsibility not just for actions, but for outcomes;
Strategic thinking: you can see the bigger picture and translate it into clear, actionable plans;
Attention to detail: you are willing to go deep when needed, while maintaining a clear overall direction;
Leadership skills: experience in leading teams, setting goals and enabling people to perform and grow;
Collaboration: ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization;
Planning & prioritization: structured, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities;
Language skills: fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
